Echo Concertina by Stan Uhlir of Minneapolis Minnesota.  Key of C, Double.  This is a beginners model.  Note the lack of engraving and rhinestones.  These were imported from Italy, based on Uhilr's design.

Eagle concertina manufactured by Walter Kadlubowski Jr. Walter Jr. sold Star Concertina in 1974 and started manufacturing the Eagel.  His father, Walt Sr., was one of the founders of Star.
